Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026 · Preview version

This policy explains what FreelancerFlow does with information, in plain language. It covers this preview site today and describes the principles the live service will follow.

The preview demo

The app preview on this site runs entirely in your browser. The sample clients, invoices, bookings and time entries you see or create are stored only in your own browser's local storage. They are never sent to us or to any server, and you can erase them at any time by clearing your browser data or using the reset option in the demo.

The live service (when it opens)

  • We will collect only what the product needs: your account details, and the client, invoice, contract, booking and time data you enter to use the product.
  • We will never sell your personal data, and we will not use your business data to train models or for advertising.
  • Payments will be handled by a regulated payment provider acting as merchant of record; we will not store your card details.
  • You will be able to export or delete your data, and to close your account, at any time.
  • We will only email you about your account, your subscription, and product changes that affect you.

Cookies

This preview site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are added at launch, they will be privacy-respecting, and this policy will be updated before they are switched on.
