For freelancers · One flat price

Three tools. $78 a month. Still not connected.

FreelancerFlow puts proposals, contracts, invoices, client booking and time tracking in one simple app — for $19 a month, flat. No tiers. No add-ons. No per-anything pricing.

The freelancer tool sprawl is real

One app for proposals. Another for invoices — which raised its prices three times recently. A third for booking calls. None of them share data, so you re-type the same client details all day and still lose track of who owes you what.

FreelancerFlow was designed backwards from that frustration: the five jobs every freelancer actually does, in one place, at one price you can say out loud.

A familiar week

  • ✗ Proposal written in one tool, contract signed in another
  • ✗ Invoice numbers in a spreadsheet "just to keep track"
  • ✗ "What time suits you?" — six emails to book one call
  • ✗ Hours worked from memory at the end of the month
  • ✓ Or: open one app, everything already there

Everything a freelancer runs on

Six modules, one login. Try them all in the live preview — it takes two minutes.

Proposals & contracts

Send a polished proposal from a ready template, turn it into a plain-language contract, and get it accepted with type-to-sign — no separate e-sign tool to pay for.

Invoices that look pro

Line items, tax, due dates and statuses in seconds. Print or save a clean PDF-style invoice your clients take seriously.

Your own booking page

Clients pick a service and a time slot from your page. Bookings land straight on your dashboard — no back-and-forth emails.

Time tracking built in

Start a timer or log time by hand, then turn unbilled hours into an invoice with one click. Nothing slips through unpaid.

Clients in one place

Every client, their invoices, contracts, bookings and hours — one simple list instead of five browser tabs.

One dashboard, zero sprawl

Outstanding money, upcoming calls and active work on a single screen when you open the app. That's the whole point.

One bill instead of three

Questions, answered straight

What exactly is included in the $19 plan?+

Everything: proposals, contracts with type-to-sign acceptance, invoicing, a client booking page, time tracking and the client dashboard. There is one plan because there is one product — no tiers, no add-ons, no per-user maths.

Why is it cheaper than buying the tools separately?+

A typical freelancer stack — Bonsai for contracts, FreshBooks for invoices, Calendly for booking — costs about $78 a month and the tools still don't talk to each other. FreelancerFlow is built on lean modern infrastructure and keeps one simple feature set, so one flat $19 covers it.

Is the contract signing legally binding?+

FreelancerFlow offers 'e-sign lite': your client types their full name, ticks an acceptance box, and the acceptance is date-stamped and stored with the document. It suits everyday freelance agreements. For high-value or regulated work, have a lawyer review your template — ours are plain-language starters, not legal advice.

Can I import my existing clients?+

Yes — clients can be added in seconds, and CSV import is on the roadmap for the live release. Your data is yours: you can export everything at any time.

Do you charge per invoice or per client?+

No. No per-invoice fees, no per-client caps, no percentage of your payments. Flat price, everything included, no add-ons — that's the whole idea.

When can I sign up?+
